Our commando knives duplicate the tradition of the WWII Pattern 3 Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife made by several companies during the war years.
All Gung Ho knives are a classic four piece knife made up of the blade and tang, the cross guard, the grip, and the retaining nut. The blade and tang are carbon steel and the grip is made of brass rings. These are not the cheap, one piece knives with the cast iron grips -- these commando knives are quality pieces carefully crafted in the tradition of the originals. These replications are perfect for serving military members or as a collectable.
